What time can we check in/out?

You can check in from 11am for sites and from 2pm if you're staying in a cabin. Check-out is nice and simple at 10am. If you’re arriving after hours, just let us know. We’ve got an after-hours safe, but we recommend arriving before 10pm if you can.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are welcome on sites if you're self-accommodating. While our cabins aren't pet-friendly just yet, there are plenty of nearby parks and beaches that are. Your furry mate will love it here.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

You’re more than welcome to fire up the BBQ, but open fires aren’t allowed in the park. Bring your snags and tongs — we’ll take care of the good vibes.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on your booking type. Best bet? Check your confirmation email or give our friendly team a call and we’ll talk you through the options.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We don’t currently offer annual sites or long-term stays, but we’re always happy to recommend a stay that suits your needs. Just reach out for a chat.

 Can I book as a group?

Yes, group bookings are welcome. Whether you’re travelling with mates, extended family or a club, just contact the park directly and we’ll help you get sorted.

Can I bring my e-scooter to the park?

For everyone’s safety, the use of e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-bikes, hoverboards, children’s battery-powered ride-on toys (e.g., toy cars, jeeps), or similar battery-powered recreational devices are not permitted for use, within our park.
